It’s already everywhere 24/7, and the Hallmark movies with too much fake snow to prove it!
That is how I felt today, as I walked into Target this morning and they were already moving out Halloween items and replacing with Christmas.
Where did Thanksgiving go?
Where did the month of November already go?
We are always in a rush for the next best thing and can never slow down and enjoy the moment. November and the Thanksgiving holiday season is one of my favorite times of the year to slow down, take a moment to reflect on all the things we have to be thankful for, and enjoy some well needed time with family and friends. Plus, the food, all…the food 🙂 So with that, make sure to slow down and take a few moments this month to appreciate everything in your life – you have a lot more to be thankful for than you think!
Even though it is only the first of November the month will sadly fly by. Before you know it, you will be running around last minute grocery shopping for Thanksgiving dinner and enduring the long Black Friday lines, as the holiday shopping season will have officially commenced!
For those, like myself, who will be juggling 10,000 things at once this holiday and who are in need of a shoe that will keep up with your marathon shopping trips and craziness of the season, yet still stylish at the same time, then you need to check out my holy grail leopard print walking bootie!
These leopard booties have been everywhere lately: dog walks, Charlotte day trips, errands like a maniac, and recently all over NYC!
I love how they are a pull on style and stretchy on the side, easy for getting on and off, and have a very low heel of 1 1/2 inches – great for everyday wear. They also have a slight cowboy boot silhouette to them and this awesome, ever so slightly, silver detailing on the tip of the toe.
A lot of people assume that a print will not go with everything and they stay astray from statement items and stick to more neutrals shoes (black, taupe, tan etc.). I am the complete opposite and feel a print can make a look more complete. These booties go with just about everything in your closet and can be easily dressed up or down. Jeans, dresses, sweaters, blouses the list goes on and on…
–Cider Colored Ribbed Sweater, slouchy fit with mock neck – a perfect throw n’ go sweater!
–Brass Y Chain long necklace with short bars along the chain and drop to bring movement and style – provide the perfect touch for any blank canvas sweater/top.
